Hello, I’m Kellie

A behavior analyst.
An artist.
Still learning, too.

I’ve spent much of my career exploring how behavior changes. Now I bring that science to the everyday work of antiracism.

My approach makes room for curiosity, accountability, humor, and the occasional raised eyebrow. Being a good person doesn’t mean we have nothing left to learn.

A little more about me

The approach

Change is something
we can practice.

01

Get curious.

Notice the racial lessons and habits you may have learned without realizing it. Make room for a different perspective.

02

Understand the impact.

Good intentions matter. So does listening to how our words and actions affect other people.

03

Try something different.

Turn what you’re learning into a response you can practice in your everyday life. Then keep learning.

Start where you are

You have a role.
Let’s help you find it.

One conversation. One new understanding. One small change in what you do next.
